Nagireddipet MPP K Krishnaveni disqualified
Nagireddypet mandal Dharmareddy MPTC member K Krishnaveni had lost MPP post as she was disqualified for her membership following a complaint by the Congress leaders that she had violated the whip issued by the party during MPP elections.

Election Presiding Officer Shabana announced Krishnaveni's disqualification on Tuesday evening.
Krishnaveni, who won as MPTC member on Congress ticket, grabbed the MPP seat with the help of TRS members during the MPP election. Congress leades complained to the Presiding Officer about Krishnaveni with evidences.
The Presiding Officer issued notice to Krishnaveni seeking explanation within one week, who alleged that she didn't take party whip and someone had forged her signature.
After confirming the papers related to the whip in the forensic lab and with the video evidences submitted by the Congress leaders, the Presiding Officer had cancelled Krishnaveni's membership.
