Parivartan leadership conference concludes in Jannaram
Mancherial: The two-day ‘Parivartan – Leadership Transformation Conference’ concluded successfully on October 12 at Slate Excellence School, Jannaram. Organised by the Slate Leadership Institute, the programme aimed to strengthen leadership and build sustainable educational institutions.
Conceptualised by Dr. Enugu Srikanth Reddy, Chairman of Slate Group of Schools and founder of the School Empowerment and Advancement Network (SEAN), the conference brought together 20 school leaders from across Telangana on October 11 and 12. With 80 educators having benefited from earlier sessions in January and February 2026, the initiative has now reached 100 school leaders.
Discussions focused on visionary leadership, institutional values, long-term planning, organisational culture and leadership development. Participants were encouraged to establish robust systems that ensure institutional growth beyond individual leadership.
Dr. Srikanth Reddy said enduring institutions that educate future generations and shape responsible citizens could contribute significantly to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
The conference concluded with a call to build institutions that last for generations.
