Nereducherla (Suryapet): Telangana Rashtra Samithi candidate for Huzurnagar bypoll Shanampudi Saidi Reddy alleged that Congress chief Uttam Kumar Reddy has used Huzurnagar for his elevation in politics but did nothing to the constituency in his long tenure as an MLA and an MP.

On Monday, along with MP Badugula Lingaiah Yadav, MLAs Chirumarthi Lingaiah and Bhupal Reddy, Saidi Reddy carried out poll campaign in villages in Nereducherla mandal of Huzurnagar constituency. Addressing the gatherings, he said the bypoll was a blessing to the people of Huzurnagar to remove the backwardness tag that it got under the rule of inefficient Uttam Kumar Reddy who represented Huzurnagar as an MLA for 15-long years.

He asserted that by-election was right time for the people of Huzurnagar to pay way for the development of the constituency by supporting TRS. He listed out State government welfare schemes and achievements in the last six years and urged the people to give him a chance to develop Huzurnagar in all aspects in the next four years.

MP Badugula Lingaiah Yadav, in his speech, informed that Congress party that ruled the State for more than 50 years had never paid attention to the development of villages and caste-based professions, but the TRS government has been providing necessary infrastructure, water to all villages in the State.

He advised the people of Nereducherla mandal to not to fall in the trap of Congress leaders, and vote for TRS this time for the development of Huzurnagar constituency.
