A couple died after jumping into the agriculture well at Raju Thanda of Garla mandal in Mahabubabad district.

The bodies were found by the villagers on Wednesday morning. The police found the boy who was pursuing Class 10 was in a relationship with a 21-year-old woman.
Their love affair was brought to the notice of their parents by the villagers on Monday evening. Fearing of the separation, the two left their homes on the same day and resorted to the extreme step.
The bodies were fished out and sent to a hospital morgue. The police registered a case and took up an investigation. A pall of gloom surrounded in the hamlet with the death of two people.
Similar to the incident, a couple from Chandupatla village of Chivvemla mandal hanged themselves from a tree after their parents rejected their marriage.
