Lecture on construction, new technologies today
Principal of the QIS Institute of Technology in Ongole Dr CV Subbarao announced that a one-day guest lecture on the topic ‘Construction and New Technologies’ will be conducted in the college for final civil engineering students on Tuesday.

Principal said that R Ramachandra Muthy, principal scientist at the Structural Engineering Research Centre and faculty of Computational Structural Mechanics Group at the Academy of Scientific & Innovative Research (AcSIR) is coming from Chennai to deliver the lecture. He said that Murthy would explain the new technologies being used in the construction sector.
QIS educational institutions secretary and correspondent Nidamanuri Surya Kalyan Chakravathy and QIS Education Institutions chairman Nidamanuri Nageswara Rao said that the guest lectures would be helpful to the students to get awareness on the new construction technologies, along with theoretical knowledge, for the civil engineers.
