Kurnool: 4 sustain injuries in road mishap
Four persons sustained injuries in a road accident that took place at Somayajula Palle Ghat section under Orvakal police station limits on Saturday. G Sudhakar Reddy, the SI of Orvakal said that the four persons travelling in a car received critical injuries.

The car in which they were travelling rammed into a lorry from the rear end at Somayajula Palle Ghat road. It is said that the car driver tried to overtake the lorry and rammed into it. The police were informed about the accident by the travellers passing on that way. ``We rushed to the spot and immediately shifted the injured to Kurnool Government General Hospital,'' the SI said.
All the injured were known to belong to one family and residents of Kurnool. They were coming from Nandyal after attending a family function,
