The Andhra Pradesh government has postponed the first year classes of Intermediate. Earlier, the classes were scheduled to start on November 16 (Monday) however, private employers have challenged in court the reduction of the number of students allowed per section from 88 to 40.

Due to the delay in online admissions, the resumption of classes is being postponed, said Rama Krishna, secretary of the Intermediate Board of Education.
In fact schools in Andhra Pradesh have started on November 2nd. With the decline in coronavirus cases, the government has reopened them and wanted to open colleges in stages. Although it was earlier planned to open from Monday, it has now been postponed.
Meanwhile, the Intermediate Board officials said that a new schedule will be released again. It was reported that if the managements of the private colleges would not moved court on the reduce of the number of students in the classes, the classes will start on Monday.
The private owners are demanding that there should be 88 students per class room and urged the court to order government to reverse this decision, saying that classes with only 40 students will be a burden to them. The private colleges owners questioning the government is questioning how thet could conduct online admissions without any prior announcement.
