Will be addressing public meetings for the first time in Naidu’s 40 years of political life

Tirupati: TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu’s wife Bhuvaneswari is all set to go and meet the people with her ‘Nijam Gelavali’ (Truth prevails) slogan from Wednesday. Though Naidu was in the political field in various capacities for the past 40 years, Bhuvaneswari has never made any political appearances. Now, the party has decided to send her to the midst of people to take the message that the government has foisted fake cases against Naidu with political vendetta.

She will also console the families of those who died as they could not digest the arrest of Naidu. As part of her programme, she reached Tirupati on Monday evening itself. She worshipped Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala on Tuesday and reached Naidu’s native place Naravaripalle in Chandragiri constituency.

Bhuvaneswari offered tributes to Naidu’s parents at their graves and performed prayers at local goddess Nagalamma temple. The villagers and party leaders received her in large numbers. She told the villagers to be brave as everything will go on well. There is nothing to worry about. She will formally launch her campaign on Wednesday with the first meeting to be held at Agarala in Chandragiri constituency. Party cadres have made elaborate arrangements for the public meeting by taking it as a prestigious one since this will be her first public meeting.

Later, she will visit the family of K Chinnaba Naidu in Nendragunta of Pakala mandal who died after Naidu’s arrest and console the bereaved family.

In total, three in Chandragiri and six in Srikalahasti constituencies have reportedly died of cardiac arrest after Naidu’s arrest. Bhuvaneswari will console these families during her programme. Meanwhile, she will address a public meeting in Tirupati on October 26 followed by another meeting in Srikalahasti on the next day.

MLCs Panchumarthi Anuradha, Ramgopal Reddy, K Srikanth, Tirupati and Chittoor parliamentary constituencies presidents G Narasimha Yadav and Pulivarthi Nani, Tirupati constituency in-charge M Sugunamma and others were with her.
