Chittoor: YSRCP leaders condemn Chandrababu's comments against CM
Police foil YCP leaders’ attempts to burn the effigy of Chandrababu Naidu
Chittoor: City MLA A Srinivasulu condemned the comments of former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu made against Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, Dy CM Narayana Swamy and Panchayat Raj Minister P Ramachandra Reddy.
Addressing media persons here on Monday, the MLA lashed out that Chandrababu Naidu has no right to make any sort of comments against YCP Ministers in the wake of his humiliating defeat in 2019 general elections.
If Jagan Mohan Reddy opens the doors of the party, then no TDP MLA will remain with Naidu, he said. Naidu has made irrelevant and irresponsible comments against Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and others, the YCP MLA added.
He recalled the achievements of the YCP Government during the last five months. Chittoor Urban Development Authority Chairman P Purushottam Reddy, BC leader Bullet Suresh and others were present. YCP leaders belonging to SC,BC,ST and Minorities planned to burn the effigy of Naidu.
TDP activists tried to oppose their move and there were tense moments in city. Chittoor DSP K Eswara Reddy and others rushed to the spot and foiled the move of YCP leaders.
