Kakinada: In a bid to contain the spread of the Coronavirus, the Kakinada Municipal Corporation (KMC) has intensified its efforts.
The KMC Commissioner, Swapnil Dinakar Pundkar visited Narasanna Nagar, Karanamgari Junction and Maduranagar Coronavirus red zone area in Kakinada on Monday.
He supervised the sanitation works in 47th ward here.
During the visit , Dinakar Pundkar reviewed the proceedings of the door to door survey in the area.
He instructed them not to come out of the red zone unless it was urgent.
He assured them that steps are being taken to ensure the supply of essential commodities in the red zone areas. He also promised that steps are being taken to attend all those suffering from cough and breathing difficulty.
