Comedian Prudhvi Raj likely to be appointed as SVBC chairman
The Tollywood comedian and YSRCP leader Prudhvi Raj who gained popularity as 30 years industry Prudhvi have campaigned for the YSRCP during the general elections in AP.
Amaravati: The Tollywood comedian and YSRCP leader Prudhvi Raj who gained popularity as 30 years industry Prudhvi have campaigned for the YSRCP during the general elections in AP.
Prudhvi joined the YSRCP during YS Jagan's Praja Sankalpa Yatra in West Godavari district, and also walked a short distance with Jagan in the yatra. On several occasions, Prudhvi has strongly raised the YSRCP ideologies, and worked for Jagan's party victory in the elections, has finally got a key position.
It's said that the YSRCP government has decided to appoint Prudhvi as the chairman of SVBC Bhakti channel. It's reported that already CM YS Jagan has made a phone call to Prudhvi over the issue.
Recently, with the resignation of veteran director K Raghavendra Rao, the SVBC chairman post is vacant, and now Prudhvi has got that chance. However, an official announcement is yet to made on the issue, which can be expected in one or two days.
