Coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh have been decreasing for the last month.
Coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh have been decreasing for the last month. In the latest health bulletin released by the government on Monday, 44,934 coronavirus tests were conducted in the last 24 hours where as many as 305 new cases were reported in the last twenty-four hours, which brings the total number of coronavirus cases to 8,75,836. Meanwhile, about 7,057 people have died of dreadful virus including two deaths with two in Nellore.
In the past 24 hours, 541 people have fully recovered and took the total number of people recovered in the state to 8,64,049. There are currently 4,728 active cases in the state who are undergoing treatment in various hospitals. So far, the state has conducted 1,08,75,925 coronavirus tests.
Meanwhile, East Godavari district has the highest number of 1,22,988 positive cases in the state, followed by West Godavari district with 93,352 cases while Chittoor district has 84,846 cases and stood at the top in the list of district-wise data.
