Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has issued contempt notices to 49 persons, including an MLA Amanchi and MP Nandigam Suresh for their controversial remarks against the High Court following its order asking the CBI to probe Dr Sudhakar's issue.
The High Court passed orders to this effect on May 22.
Both the YSRCP leaders had passed derogatory comments against the functioning of the High Court attributing motives to it.
The High Court on Tuesday adjourned the case to three weeks. A PIL was filed against them in the court.
