Dy CM Alla Nani sanctions community hall for workers in Eluru
Deputy Chief Minister Alla Nani has sanctioned land necessary for construction of community hall for construction workers under Venkatapuram panchayat limits.
Eluru: Deputy Chief Minister Alla Nani has sanctioned land necessary for construction of community hall for construction workers under Venkatapuram panchayat limits. He also said that he would ensure construction of the community hall without depending on others for the benefit of the construction workers who struggle everyday for livelihood.
When a group of representatives of Eluru division construction workers' union met Nani and requested for a suitable site for community hall at his camp office here on Wednesday, he positively responded and directed Tahsildar Somasekhar to sanction government land for the purpose.
The representatives explained to the Minister that they had no proper shelter to conduct important meetings and other events. Speaking on the occasion, Nani promised to sanction loans to the construction workers and help them in every aspect.
