Eluru Court Reject Chintamaneni Prabhakar's Bail Petition: Remand Continues Till October 9
TDP leader and former MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar who was arrested in SC & ST Atrocity case filed against him moved to Eluru court for interim bail. However, the court denied him bail on Wednesday and extended the remand till 9th of next month.
TDP leader and former MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar who was arrested in SC & ST Atrocity case filed against him moved to Eluru court for interim bail. However, the court denied him bail on Wednesday and extended the remand till 9th of next month.
The case was filed by a man in land dispute case where he assaulted the former in the name of the caste.
Apart from the ongoing case, series of cases are still pending on Chintamaneni in various police stations. It is a known fact that there has been a massive revolt against hin his constituency Denduluru where he has been a hellbent to the people and officials as well.
He assaulted and even beaten up many officials, yet the action on him never taken by the police department. The former MLA was lost to YSRCP in 2019 Assembly elections.
