Enter poll expenditure, candidates told

Rajamahendravaram: Poll observer for the Urban Assembly segment expenditure Neelabdri Das Gupta asked the contestants to enter their election expenditure in a special register without fail. Addressing the contestants and members of the accounting team, video team, static team at Sub-Collector's office here on Sunday, he said as per the directions of Election Commission of India, candidates who fails to register the expenditure will be treated as violating rules and necessary steps would be taken against the respective candidates.

The accounting teams also check the expenditure accounts from time to time and direct the contestants from time to time.Returning officer and Sub-Collector CM Saikanth Varma and others were present on the occasion.
