Vijayawada: Governor Biswabushan Harichandan felicitated West Godavari District Collector R Muthyala Raju for the highest collection of donations under Flag Day fund in the state. The Governor honoured the Collectors and Sainik Welfare Officers of three districts with top collections for the year 2018 in the State at a function held at Raj Bhavan here.
Along with the District Collector, Sainik Welfare Officer KV Sai Prasadarao also received the memento from the governor on the occasion. Officials of Department of Home, Governor's office, Sainik Welfare department and others were present.
