The political analysts are assuming that with this comments CM Naidu has indirectly given the indications on his defeat, showing EC as the reason.

On EVMs repair TDP supremo has made sensational comments. Chandrababu questioned that in the name of EVMs repair, who all have come to the polling booths, and who are there? Who has appointed them?
