Amaravati: The state government has taken a decision to handover the illegal mining in Palnadu area case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Former MLA and senior TDP leader Yarapatineni Srinivas Rao is involved in the case. It is the first case after the state government led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy assumed charge as Chief Minister.
