A 2012 batch IAS cadre officer from Karnataka, Lakshmisha prior to new assignment, served as project director ITDA, Parvathipuram in Vizianagaram district.
Speaking on the occasion, Lakshmisha said that he was happy to be part of administration in the biggest district in the State and will serve to the best of his ability. To a question on loopholes in PD system, the JC said that, first he will get acquaintance with the local issues and act as per the law.
Earlier on his arrival, Joint Collector-2 Ch Sattibabu, Kakinada RDO G Rajakumari and Ramachandrapuram RDO Rajasekher welcomed Lakshmisha and greeted him.
