GS Rao Committee to visit dist tomorrow in Rajamahendravaram
GS Rao Committee, constituted by the State government to submit a report to the government for over all development of the state as well as districts after getting suggestions and their vision documents, will visit Rajamahendravaram and Kakinada on November 26.
Rajamahendravaram: GS Rao Committee, constituted by the State government to submit a report to the government for over all development of the state as well as districts after getting suggestions and their vision documents, will visit Rajamahendravaram and Kakinada on November 26.
District Collector D Muralidhar Reddy has directed the heads of all the departments to prepare their vision plans to submit them to the committee on November 26 which meets in Rajamahendravaram.
Meanwhile, the Committee concentrated on Rajamahendravaram and Kakinada which are major cities in the district.As part of it, the committee will discuss about the existing road, rail, air transportation, existence of industries, population, history of the cities, rainfall, drinking water facility, etc.
Meanwhile, the officials are also preparing reports on flower city at Kadiyam, temple tourism project connecting Annavaram, Samalkot and Draksharama temples, cultural circuit, cultural city etc. Anyhow, the committee meeting will benefit a lot for the development of the district.
