Guntur: Heavy rush of students at bus stand, railway station

Guntur: Following announcement of holidays to all the education institutions by the State government due to the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus, thousands of students vacated their rooms in hostels and started leaving to their native places.

There was a heavy rush at the NTR Bus Station here and Guntur Railway Station here on Thursday. As soon as buses arrived on the platform, the students boarded the buses with their heavy luggage. They are feeling happy to go to their native places.

The SSC students are feeling that they have sufficient time to prepare for public examinations. Even in Vijayawada, thousands of students studying and staying in hostels left the city and there was a heavy rush witnessed at the bus and railway stations. The anxious parents are also eagerly waiting to receive them.
