Guntur: Revoke suspension of students, demands JAC
The student JAC leaders on Monday protested at the ANU demanding cancellation of suspension of students who protested against shifting of State capital.
Guntur: The student JAC leaders on Monday protested at the ANU demanding cancellation of suspension of students who protested against shifting of State capital.
They raised slogans against the ANU Vice-chancellor and urged the AP State Council of Higher Education to intervene and cancel the suspensions. The JAC leaders sat at the ANU main gate and took part in the demonstration.
Former MLA Dhulipala Narendra Kumar, TDP leaders Mannava Subba Rao and others protested.
They demanded that the ANU Vice-Chancellor Prof P Rajasekhar tender an apology immediately. Police swung into action and brought the situation under control.
Students JAC state coordinator M Subba Rao, JAC leaders Ravipati Sai Krishna, N Pavn Teja, AISF state vice-president B Venkateswara Reddy and others were present.
