Ongole: Acharya Nagarjuna University Ongole Campus special officer Dr Krishna Banana announced in a statement on Wednesday that the NSS programme officer and assistant professor in the Department of Social Work Dr Mande Harsha Preetham Dev Kumar has been selected as the best NSS programme officer in the state.
Dr Krishna explained that Dr Harsha Preetham has conducted the NSS programmes widely in the town and adopted the Balaji Nagar and Pragati Nagar. He said that they conducted many service programmes like Swachh Bharat, Swachhata Pakhwada, anti-plastic, blood donation, awareness on HIV/ AIDS, coronavirus, etc in these colonies and participated in the community development.
Andhra Kesari Tanguturi Prakasam University OSD Dr KVN Raju, teaching and nonteaching staff, students congratulated and appreciated Dr Harsha Preetham Dev Kumar for being selected for the award.
Dr Harsha Preetham thanked the SO and OSD along with the staff and appreciated the NSS cadets for their participation and cooperation.
