The High Court has issued notices to Janasena MLA Rapaka Varaprasadrao and Returning Officer. YSRCP co-ordinator Bondu Rajeshwara Rao has approached the High Court alleging that the later was resorted to the rigging of ballot votes.
The High Court has directed the Returning Officer to file a counter with full details of the order and adjourned the hearing for three weeks.
