Human trafficking gang arrested at Visakhapatnam railway station

The government, which is taking stringent measures to curb human trafficking, has recently arrested a gang engaged in this type of activity at Visakhapatnam railway station. Railway police and local police were alerted after information from intelligence sources. It is reported that the Bangladeshi gangs were involved in smuggling. Police received information that the gang was travelling on a Howrah-Yashwantpur train.
They were taken into custody at the Visakhapatnam railway station. All seven gang members of Bangladesh have been taken into custody by the police.
Three of these were women. Civil, Intelligence, Task Force, Rope Party, Cue Arti, teams of about 100 personnel who arrived at the railway station and the gang was taken into custody.
