The Lions Club of Ongole Citizens organised a Krishna theme fancy dress competition for the children with much fanfare at Brilliant Computer Education Institute in Ongole on Friday.

About 260 children from various schools and kindergartens in the town participated in the event. The first, second and third places were announced to the children based on their performance. The Club president Sk Nyamatulla Basha, secretary S Yedukondalu, treasurer J Suresh Kumar distributed certificates to the winners from the International Association of Lions Club and mementos while presenting gifts to all participants.
The project chairman M Sekhar Babu, Montessori Prakash, M Narasimha Rao, DV Raghava and other members of the Lions Club of Ongole Citizens, principals, and headmasters of the schools and other staff also participated in the programme.
