Kurnool: Minister for Labour Gummanur Jayaram said that the state government will always strive for the welfare of farmers. He addressed media persons after inaugurating Rythu Bharosa Kendra at Panduranga Puram in Nandyal on Saturday. The Minister said that the YSRCP government has successfully completed one-year- rule in the state.

During the one- year rule, Chief Mnister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has implemented several welfare schemes, brought reforms and remarkable changes for the development of State, he said.

``The farmers will be supplied quality seeds, fertilisers, pesticides and farm equipment through the Rythu Bharosa Kendras. Even seeds and fertilisers would be supplied on subsidy basis. The government would always stand by the farmers to see smile on their faces,'' stated Gummanur Jayaram.

District Collector G Veera Pandiyan said the government is always very supportive to the farmers and gives top priority to farmers. As many as 862 RBKs have been opened across the district. As of now, the centres are started in the available government and private buildings. In the next six months, many more centres will be opened, the Collector said. Later the minister along with collector and MLAs inspected the stalls.

Nandyal MP, Pocha Bhramananda Reddy, MLAs of Nandyal, Srisailam, Panyam, Allagadda, Joint Collector and district level officials participated in the programme.
