Minister Anil Kumar assures better amenities at govt schools
Minister for Water resources Dr P Anil Kumar Yadav said that they will revamp the education system in the government schools across the district and provide all amenities in the coming two years.
Nellore: Minister for Water resources Dr P Anil Kumar Yadav said that they will revamp the education system in the government schools across the district and provide all amenities in the coming two years. Anil Kumar laid the foundation for the additional buildings at the BVS Girl's High School in the city on Friday.
Speaking to the media, the Minister said that they will develop the government schools on par with the corporate schools for providing quality education. He also thanked the donors who supported for construction of the new additional buildings at RSRM and BVS schools in the city.
He also informed that they will also provide basic amenities such as drinking water, modern toilets and also a library for each school in a phased manner within two years. Anil Kumar Yadav also said that the Somasila reservoir has been receiving good inflows from the upper stream due to rains in the catchment areas and they have been releasing water to Kandaleru reservoir from Somasila reservoir.
