Narrow escape for passengers after bus catches fire in Kurnool
As many as 53 passengers in a private travels bus had a narrow escape on Thursday morning.
Kurnool : As many as 53 passengers in a private travels bus had a narrow escape on Thursday morning. According to information, a private travels Yellow Travels bus heading towards Bangalore from Hyderabad was on flames. This horrible incident has taken place at Enugu Marri village in Paeuply mandal.
The driver who noticed flames on the rear end of the bus stopped to check was going wrong. On noticing fire gushing out, he immediately asked the passengers to get down. With in no time the flames engulfed the bus and reduced the bus to ashes.
With the alertness of the bus driver almost all passengers boarded the bus had a sigh of relief for having a narrow escape. Fortunately none of the passenger hurt in the fire mishap.
However, the police and fire tenders rushed to the spot and took the stock to control. Paeuply police investigating the case.
Yet in another road accident that took place at Orvakal, two persons died and three others suffered injuries. All the victims were known to be the residents of Kurnool.
