New executive body elected in Rotary Club
The new executive body of ‘Rotary Club of Vijayawada Midtown’ took oath here on Sunday.
Vijayawada: The new executive body of 'Rotary Club of Vijayawada Midtown' took oath here on Sunday. The Rotary International district 3190 past district governor Suresh Hari said that the members of Rotary Club were striving for the development of society. He presided over the programme and in his presence the new Rotary midtown president P Anil Babu and secretary K Venkat took oath.
The newly elected president Anil Babu said that they would organise various service programmes in the city. They would adopt a few government schools and provide all kinds of facilities by consulting with the members of the club and keep the club on top in service activities.
Later, the club member Mahesh Chandra Jaju and others distributed financial aid to poor Intermediate students. Rotary Club 3020 governor M Veerabhadra Reddy, Koneru Nadhu, M Shyam, M Satish Babu, D Subba Rao, Y Pardhasaradhi and others were present.
