The school principal G Mala said that the main objective of organising Pet Day is to sensitise children about animals and how they help us and also to bring awareness about love and care for other living things.

Students of LKG and UKG, with the help of their parents brought their pets and spoke about them. Some students were dressed up as parrots, rabbits, cows and fish. The entire Pre- Primary wing was beautifully decorated on the theme 'Pets and farm animals'.
