Piler CI wins Central award in Chittoor
In recognition of his service ,Sadiq Ali, Inspector of Police, presently working in Piler Police station has won central award, according to Ch V Appala Naidu, SP of Chittoor.

Sadiq Ali received FICCI ( Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry ) Smart Policing Award in the category of Anti-Counterfeit & Smuggling (Red sanders) from Central Finance Minister Anuragsingh Thakur and Central Minister for Home Affairs Nityanad Roy, the SP said.
Speaking to media persons here on Friday , Appala Naidu said the prestigious central award winner Sadiq Ali had made excellent effort in nabbing 54 Interstate and 4 International red sanders smugglers unearthing 16 red sander dumps during his service. Sadiq Ali was able to nab international red sanders smugglers like Riyaj , Raju Bhai and others. Four red sander smugglers of China were also arrested, he added.
