Continuing their raids on arrack preparation units in the Agency Area, the Polavaram Prohibition and Excise Department police destroyed 175 litres of arrack and 1200 litres of jaggery wash at LND Pet village of Polavaram mandal on Friday.
Polavaram: Continuing their raids on arrack preparation units in the Agency Area, the Polavaram Prohibition and Excise Department police destroyed 175 litres of arrack and 1200 litres of jaggery wash at LND Pet village of Polavaram Mandal on Friday. Several village volunteers and women constables took part in the raid, according to Prohibition and Excise CI Satyanarayana.
It may be mentioned here that the Circle Inspector raided an arrack preparation unit and destroyed 800 litres of jaggery wash at Jillelagudem village of the Mandal on Thursday.
