Producer Bandla Ganesh remanded for 14 days in a Cheque bounce case
Actor cum producer Bandla Ganesh who has been facing trials in several cases was remanded for 14 days in a cheque bounce case wherein the actor could not repay his debt borrowed from a Kadapa man.
Actor cum producer Bandla Ganesh who has been facing trials in several cases was remanded for 14 days in a cheque bounce case wherein the actor could not repay his debt borrowed from a Kadapa man.
Earlier, producer Bandla Ganesh was arrested and taken to Kadapa. Ganesh was arrested by Banjarahills Police on charges of borrowing a sum of Rs. 13 crores from Mahesh filed a petition in court a few years ago claiming that Ganesh had defaulted on his debt. However, Ganesh seems to be absent from the trial.
The court issued an arrest warrant against him. The court ordered the police to arrest him and present him in the court. Ganesh was arrested by the police. He was arrested in Hyderabad and taken to Kadapa in a private vehicle by the police to produce before the Magistrate.
It is reported that Ganesh has been indebted to many traders in Kadapa. There are reports that Ganesh cheated on many people with false cheques.
