Quiz brings out creativity in students: Collector D Muralidhar Reddy
District Collector D Muralidhar Reddy said that quiz competitions would bring out the creativity amongst the students.
Kakinada: District Collector D Muralidhar Reddy said that quiz competitions would bring out the creativity amongst the students. Dhirubhai Ambani Quiz - 2019, Kakinada Division level competitions were held at Ambedkar Bhawan here on Thursday.
Reliance Industries Limited has conducted district level quiz competition in association with the District Educational Department to commemorate the 87th birth anniversary of Dhirubhai Ambani.
The District Collector appreciated the students who have come forward to participate in the event which enhances the memory and general awareness of the students. He said that RIL organised this programme to bring out creative and competitive skills in the students. Children should participate in all the extracurricular activities in addition to education.
RIL Site Head Akshya Baxi explained CSR activities and emphasized about the quiz being conducted for the last nine years with encouragement and participation from parents, schools and the district education department at large. He said that 880 students participated from 220 schools.
