Rich tributes paid to YS Vivekananda Reddy

Kadapa: Rich tributes were paid to the former minister late YS Vivekananda Reddy by his family members and YSR Congress party leaders on the occasion of his birthday at Pulivendula on Thursday. YSR Congress honorary president YS Vijayamma, Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy, Vivekananda Reddy wife YS Sowbhagyamma, his daughter N.Suneetha Reddy, son-in-law N.Rajasekhar Reddy, former Pulivendula Municipal Chairman K. Manohar Reddy and YSR Congress functionaries in big numbers gathered at YS Vivekanandha Reddy ghat in Pulivendula town and paid rich tributes to him. Blood donation camp was organized by Leelavathi trust on this occasion.

Meanwhile actually, chief minister, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was proposed to participate in the Vivekananda Reddy birthday and inaugurate his statue on 8th August but he was engaged with a busy schedule in Delhi on Wednesday, later visiting flood-affected areas in North Andra district his programme was cancelled in the last minute. According to the sources, the chief minister is likely to inaugurate the statue of Vivekananda Reddy on 2nd September.
