Roots Health Service Awards presentation on July 7
Roots Health Foundation will present Roots Health Service Awards 2019 to doctors for their relentless service in their fields to mark National Doctors Day.
Vijayawada: Roots Health Foundation will present Roots Health Service Awards 2019 to doctors for their relentless service in their fields to mark National Doctors Day. The awards will be given on July 7 at Siddhartha Arts and Science College auditorium, said the foundation chairman Dr PV Vijayabhaskar on Thursday.
The chief guest of the programme would be Endowments Minister Vellampalli Srinivas.
MLAs K Pardhasarathi, Malladi Vishnu, Gadde Rammohana Rao, Rotary International district governor GV Rama Rao and others would participate in the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Vijayabhaskar said that the foundation was giving awards for the last ten years to doctors who have done good service in their respective areas. He said that for the year 2019 life time achievement award will be given to Dr K Vengal Rao from Bobbili.
Dr N Subba Rao from Hanuman Junction, Dr D Ramachandra Rao from Visakhapatnam, Dr K Madhava Rao Chowdary, ayurvedic doctor and M Madhavi for her service to society would receive service awards.
