RPF conducts blood donation camp in Tirupati
A mega blood donation camp was organised at Sub divisional health unit in Carriage Repair Shop (CRS) by Railway Protection Force (RPF), Renigunta sub-division on Friday.
Tirupati: A mega blood donation camp was organised at Sub divisional health unit in Carriage Repair Shop (CRS) by Railway Protection Force (RPF), Renigunta sub-division on Friday.
Assistant Security Commissioner, RPF G Srinivas supervised the camp while Additional Chief Medical Superintendent (ACMS) Dr B Surendra Naik inaugurated it by lighting the lamp and congratulated the RPF team on the occasion of RPF Raising day.
A power point presentation on prevention to be taken against Dengue fever, obesity and health related issues were delivered by ACMS. In the camp 30 RPF personnel have donated their blood along with 40 other CRS workshop staff. Elaborate arrangements were made by ACMS in coordination with Ruia Hospital, Tirupati. Inspector of Police B Saidaiah and B Heera singh took part in the event.
