Scholarships given to KSRMCE students in Kadapa

The 73rd Independence Day celebrations were organised at KSRM College of Engineering with patriotic fervour here on Thursday.
Kadapa: The 73rd Independence Day celebrations were organised at KSRM College of Engineering with patriotic fervour here on Thursday. Addressing the students, KSRMCE Director Prof A Mohan said that India gained independence because of sacrifices of people. We have to remember those brave hearts, he added. College Principal VSS Murthy has conveyed Independence Day wishes to students.
In the programme, students passed out from 1985 to 1989 from the KSRMCE have attended Independence Day celebrations. They have formed 'Friends Association' with alumni members and declared scholarship amount of Rs 5,000 for economically poor and meritorious students. On the occasion, they have distributed scholarship amount to students.
