Participating in the programme organised in memory of the donor Merla Subba Rao, Lions district governor L Krishna hailed the gesture of Subba Rao for the memorial of Gandhiji. President of Gandhi Bhavan Trust Sabbella Gangi Reddy, vice-president MVS Murthy, members DVS Sarma, S Satyanarayana and others participated.
