Stop uranium Drilling Works: CPI Ramakrishna Writes To CM

CPI Ramakrishna wrote a letter to Chief Minister Jagan. He urged action to be taken to stop the uranium drilling works carried out from Allagadda Zone Center in Kurnool district to Mahanandi Mandalam Gazulapally. "Are drilling works done without the knowledge of the state government?" He asked. Andhra and Telangana people are concerned that uranium is dangerous on the side.
Telangana government decided to stop uranium mining and made a resolution in the legislature. On the other hand, it suggested that drilling in Andhra Pradesh was not appropriate.
He said an all-party round table meeting will be held in Vijayawada on 29th of this month against uranium. He urged to stop drilling works immediately.
