Guntur: Students under the banner of Progressive Democratic Students Union (PDSU) on Friday protested against abolishing Article 370 to Jammu and Kashmir at railway station here on Friday.

They demanded that the Centre withdraw the army from Jammu & Kashmir and cancel the decisions taken without the involvement of people of Kashmir. They also raised slogans against the Centre.

Speaking on this occasion, PDSU state general secretary Gani Raju said that the Centre had taken leaders of political parties into custody, stopped telecast of news channels and internet and sent huge security forces and forcefully abolished autonomy to Jammu & Kashmir and announced creation of two Union Territories. They condemned the act of the Central government and protested.
