Submit eligible candidates list as per roster: Collector
West Godavari District Collector R Muthyala Raju has directed the officials concerned to submit the list of eligible candidates who were selected in village / ward secretariat exam according to the roster system.
Eluru: West Godavari District Collector R Muthyala Raju has directed the officials concerned to submit the list of eligible candidates who were selected in village / ward secretariat exam according to the roster system.
The Collector verified the category-wise lists prepared by various government departments at the Zilla Parishad meeting hall here on Sunday. He expressed displeasure that many departments had not followed the roster method while preparing the list.
He warned the officials concerned that stringent action would be initiated against them if they were found troubling the candidates. Without following the policy of reservations, if they send call letters to candidates, many problems would arise for which the concerned officials should own up responsibility.
Once, if the call letters were dispatched with mistakes, the concerned officials would not be spared, he warned. It was better for the officials to check the various categories of reservation as per the roster. If they have any doubts with regard to any aspect, they should seek clarifications with him, he suggested.
