During the strategic committee meeting, the party president N Chandrababu Naidu has called a statewide protest against both YSRCP and TRS, while accusing Jagan of having a hidden alliance with Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao, on Tuesday.

TDP called the protest against the statement of Jagan who stated that there was nothing wrong in entering an alliance with the TRS.

Chandrababu Naidu said that KCR wanted to hold the upper hand over Andhra Pradesh and using Jagan as a puppet for that. He observed that the public in the state is against to the KCR, who insulted Andhra people at every possible occasion. The five crore angry people will teach a befitting lesson to both KCR and Jagan in these general elections and vote for TDP to win more than 150 MLAs and 25 Lok Sabha seats.

He blamed that when he was doing an election campaign in Telangana recently, KCR criticised that how could an Andhra leader come and participate in Telangana elections? KCR removed statues of Andhra leaders on Tank Bund in Hyderabad. KCR did not give the dues of Rs 1 lakh crore need to be paid to AP, but Jagan giving support to such a person.
