TDP MLA Ramanaidu travels in RTC bus to inquire about public problems on Fares hike
TDP MLA Nimmala Ramanaidu appeared in the RTC bus and travelled with passengers from Palgallu to the Chikkala of the West Godavari district.
TDP MLA Nimmala Ramanaidu appeared in the RTC bus and travelled with passengers from Palgallu to the Chikkala of the West Godavari district. He went in a bus to inquire from the passengers about their views on the recent RTC charges hike in the state.
Earlier, MLA Ramanaidu spoke to the people at the Palakollu bus stand and learned about the problems. "The government has put a burden with Rs. 1000 crore with bus fares hike, the bus fare hike has been increased by 50 per cent," he said.
The TDP MLA recalled Jagan's assurance of not increasing prices and asked whether the government is trying to decrease the commuters with an increase in bus charges just like the way the costs of liquor increases to reduce the consumption of alcohol.
