Questions if they are intended for the State’s development or if the Centre summoned CM Jagan over his anti-people’s policies

Mangalagiri: TDP leader and Rajya Sabha member Kanakamedala Ravindra kumar has demanded that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy clarify on his visit to Delhi, whether he was invited by the Central leaders or he went to Delhi on his own.

He pointed out that the Chief Minister went to Delhi nine times after assuming office but he had failed to make public the details of his Delhi visits.

Addressing the media at the party office here on Saturday, the MP said that the YSRCP government has been inconveniencing people with its anti-people policies and now the YSRCP leaders were making rounds to Delhi to give explanation to the Central government on their faulty policies. He said that though the Chief Minister visited Delhi nine times after assuming power he never bothered to reveal the content or results of his visit to the media.

He expressed doubt that the Chief Minister was evading media as there was no positive response from the Central government on various pending issues pertaining to the AP Reorganisation Act-2014 or the Central leaders warned the Chief Minister about his anti-people policies.

"What is the necessity for the Chief Minister to meet the Central leaders without the officials and the Ministers, if he really discussed on the State development issues," the MP wondered. He said that Jagan was visiting Delhi repeatedly to enter into a secret tie-up with the BJP government as the YSRCP which currently has two Rajya Sabha members, will soon get three more Rajya Sabha members. As the government failed to give clarification on the Chief Minister's Delhi visit political speculation has been going on in the State. The Rajya Sabha member expressed doubt if Jagan visited Delhi to give explanation to the Central leaders on the prevailing chaotic situation in the State. The Centre might have summoned him seeking explanation on the agitation of farmers in Amaravati for the past 60 days and the anti-industrial atmosphere in the State as the issue also came before the Davos meet as several industrialists expressed concern over the prevailing atmosphere in Andhra Pradesh.

The TDP MP also expressed doubts if Jagan was making frequent trips to Delhi to come out of the pending CBI cases against him. He said that Jagan created confusion among people with his three capital proposal. His decision gave scope to regional differences.
