Tirupati: Urban SP Avula Ramesh Reddy responded positively to a petition from an elderly and physically challenged person during Spandana programme here on Monday.
According to information, the senior disabled person Kondaiah from Pellakuru village of Nellore district came to Tirupati Urban Police Office to submit a grievance during Spandana. As he was unable to walk, Kondaiah was sitting in a chair. After noticing him, the SP Ramesh Reddy came to him received the petition and gave assurance for sort out the problem. He enquired about his health and arranged some money to have lunch.
Kondaiah complained that one C Ravi had taken his house for rent in Mangalam area of Tirupati few years ago and rent was not paid properly. And in addition, Ravi was threatening the houseowner Kondaiah, he stated.
On this problem SP instructed the CI concerned over phone to sort out the problem immediately. Over the SP response, the elderly person returned to home with satisfaction.
