Deputy Chief Minister Alla Nani has assured all necessary help to Nayee Brahmins for their economic uplift.
Eluru: Deputy Chief Minister Alla Nani has assured all necessary help to Nayee Brahmins for their economic uplift. He said this when a group of Nayee Brahmins met him at his camp office here on Friday and submitted a memorandum.
Responding to their appeal for prompt action, Nani promised that he would take up their issue and ensure that the band artistes among them would be provided with musical instruments. He explained them that Nayee Brahmins who have been engaged as both barbers in villages and music band troupe members could not be developed for various reasons.
However, the YSRCP government under the leadership of Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy had introduced many schemes for their welfare. The government was committed to bring justice to these sections of people, he promised.
