In a function organised by Kasturba Gandhi Kendra Trust, Tirupati on Wednesday, the world largest 70x65 feet pencil drawing of Mahatma Gandhi has been unveiled.

Tirupati: In a function organised by Kasturba Gandhi Kendra Trust, Tirupati on Wednesday, the world largest 70x65 feet pencil drawing of Mahatma Gandhi has been unveiled.

Tirupati MLA Bhumana Karunakar Reddy has participated as Chief Guest and unveiled the drawing. Chairman of Kasturba Gandhi Kendra Trust Dr PC Rayulu organised the programme. MLC Y Sreenivasulu Reddy and others took part. The meeting paid tributes to the father of the nation and remembered his services during the freedom struggle.

The picture was drawn by 18-year-old Amar Singh Gulati who is the recipient of five Guinness records. Gandhi's drawing also going to get him another Guinness record. The picture was drawn in six days as the artist worked overnight.
